Installing, configuring, and testing Radiance SmartChat Shopify App

For Shopify merchants, after installing the free Radiance SmartChat app they are ready to start providing an AI-based conversational search, discovery, and learning experience on their website.

During the onboarding process, you would be able to provide your Brand name and logo as well as select the design options for your webchat widget e.g. webchat template, font, color etc. You can choose to activate the webchat widget on your store during the onboarding process. Alternatively, you can first experience the chatbot functionality, using the preview functionality in SmartChat builder in Radiance Console, and then activate the webchat widget on your store.
