One of the important features of Radiance SmartChat is to nudge the user towards purchases. It detects when a user asks a question about a particular product in your catalog, and if they become inactive for a certain duration of time, then the chatbot pro-actively sends them a message asking if they would like to add the product to their cart. It then shows them a cart summary and provides a link to checkout on your website. Note that Radiance SmartChat maintains its own cart, independently of the website cart, and transfers the products to the website cart when the user clicks on the checkout link.
