Testing Radiance SmartChat using preview

One way to test Radiance SmartChat is to directly install it on your website, either the production website or the development version, by installing the Shopify app and activating the widget. Alternatively, you can skip the widget activation during onboarding and then test Radiance SmartChat, both from a design point of view as well as the chatbot responses, using the preview functionality provided in the Radiance Console > SmartChat Builder.
