The Radiance dashboard contains analytics relating to audience, conversions, revenue and message engagement (for all the various types of messaging that we offer). For the audience section, the dashboard will show where users have opted in from, how many active and all time users are opted in and how many opt outs have occurred. Our conversions sections shows where conversions have come from such as Campaigns or Welcome Series. If a welcome series has multiple 'steps', we will show what step the conversion has come from. Revenue details are shown in the same area that conversion details are shown.
For Message engagement, the Radiance Dashboard will show how many replies, conversions and opt outs for any given message, such as campaign messages, welcome series, reorder reminder etc.
