What does the Radiance inbox do?

The Radiance inbox stores every message that a user has sent or responded to. Here you can view key information corresponding to each conversion.

A primary view will allow you to view all conversions organized by most recent. When you click into a conversation, you can view more details such as the opt in location, opt in time and if the user has made any clicks/purchases.

A helpful feature is the filter, allows for conversations to be filtered based on a keyword, a message, an event and the time range to apply this filter is customizable.
