What attribution window does Radiance use?

Radiance defines the attribution window to be 28-days replied and 1-day view. “28-days replied” is a conversion that is defined as the user viewing the engagement message, replying to the bot or clicking the corresponding link. In addition, “1-day view” is a conversion that means that the user has placed an order in 1-day after the engagement message has been sent. The user does not need to reply or click the link.
