When Radiance is sharing opt ins with my SMS Marketing platform, how are opt outs managed?

Managing Opt-Outs

When Radiance is sharing options with your SMS marketing platform, all opt outs are shared across platforms. For example, if a user opts out of the Radiance SMS, it we will communicate with the other platform(s) to ensure the user is opted out.

This process works the same for opt outs on the other SMS platform as the information would be shared with Radiance to ensure the user is opted out.
