You'll find the Radiance Commerce SMS app in the Shopify App Store and install it to your Shopify store. You will then be guided through Radiance Onboarding, which will provide you with a phone number and get you set up using some of our features. The sections below detail the onboarding steps you'll encounter:
Step 1 & 2
To start, we'll collect some basic account information and present the Radiance terms of service and TCPA compliance (Telephone Consumer Protection Act). To learn more about SMS Compliance, check out the SMS Compliance section.
Step 3 & Step 4
Next, we'll get you set up with your own number. You can immediately use this number for testing and eventually this is the number your customers will use as well. In this section you can also start adding some of your Radiance profile customization such as logo and brand name.
Step 5 & 6
In these last 2 steps, you will do a few things. You start by enabling a few app embeds, the Radiance Tracking & SDK app embed as well as the website popup app embed. These allow us to 1) track performance and orders and 2) use widgets on your website to build an audience. You'll also have the opportunity to enable opt-in widgets. You can always enable these widgets outside of onboarding as well.
