Automations refers to messages that are triggered to be sent to your customers based on their past purchase activity, browsing behavior and/or segmentation criteria. The most common types of Automations are Reorder Reminders and Welcome Series.
Automations available on the Radiance platform include:
Reorder Reminders - Reorder reminders are messages sent to past purchasers of your product(s). These automations can be configured to send on a fixed interval following a purchase or on interval derived dynamically from past purchase data and other signals.
Welcome Series - Welcome Series refers to the message(s) sent to users who opt-in to receive messages from your brand. Users expect a confirmation that they’ve opted-in to an SMS program and are often incented to opt-in by a discount code, which should be sent to them by way of the welcome series.
Campaigns - Campaigns refer to one-time or scheduled messages. Campaigns will often rely on user segments based on purchase history, product interest or other user attributes. This section allows merchants to create campaigns to be sent immediately or schedule out a series of campaigns in the future.
Segmentation - Segmentation refers to user groups used for message targeting, personalization, and product recommendation. Within this section merchants can manage any custom segments they intend to use in their messaging strategy.
Abandoned Cart - Remind users via messaging to make their purchase within 24 hours.
