Installing Radiance in Shopify and Integrating with your existing SMS Solution

When using Radiance in Shopify and integrating with your existing SMS solution, during the onboarding process you will have the opportunity to select which SMS platform you are currently using. Our system can then import any existing opt ins and use those opt ins for our personalized retention messaging. 

We have a special 'Integrator' pricing plan to address this scenario. For this plan, we only charge $100 a month and there are no per message fees. We make API calls to your existing SMS platform and our messages are sent to your customers from their phone number.
