Using the entire Audience, Radiance allows you to configure segments and lists in order to create specifics audiences. Generally, by default, every opt-in is added into an all inclusive audience and can be sent to every opt in. You can start to segment the greater audience that can be broken into smaller groups based on different criteria’s like purchase history or member status.
Creating a segment
When you create a Segment, you can define certain criteria (such as 'has not made a purchase in the last 60 days') from a list of predefined conditions and create a segment of users who match that criteria. You also have the option of manually creating a segment using a Query String. Once the segment is created it will be dynamically updated (There may be 1-2 hour delay before new opt-ins are reflected in segments.) and is available for you to market to those users.
Creating a list
A list can be created by manually inputting the optedin users id or by uploading a .csv file. A list is static/predefined and cannot be updated conditionally.
Manual Upload
The Radiance platform also allows you to upload a list of specific users to create an audience and market to that list. Please note that these users should be opted in to receive text alerts. You will need to confirm this before proceeding.
