Intro to Order Notifications

Radiance offers the following order notifications over SMS:

• Order confirmation - Send users an order confirmation message after an order is placed.
• Order shipped - Notify customers when an order has shipped.
• Out-for-delivery - Let customers know their order is out for delivery.
• Successfully delivered - Message customers when an order has been delivered.
• Not Delivered - Give notification when a delivery has failed.

Each notification comes with message content that can be edited. To enable order notifications, simply go to the ‘Order Notifications’ section of the client console and turn on the toggle next to the notification card you’d like to activate.
